Add comments on game objects for making notes and documentation

A simple editor script to make notes on game objects. Use this to document changes, communicate with team members, and make notes about object setup. This component has no effect on runtime and is stripped from builds.

Add a Comment to an object in the Timeflow view by right-clicking on an object and selecting: Add Tool > Comment
