# Markers Menu

## Add Marker at Current Time

Inserts a new marker at the current time.&#x20;

Use the keyboard shortcut **Control + M** to add a new marker at the current time.

## Remove Selected Marker

Deletes the selected marker or the marker right-clicked on.

Use the keyboard shortcut **Delete** or **Backspace** to delete the selected marker. Note that this will also delete any selected keyframes and tracks.
