Use the keyboard shortcut Control + Alt + Shift + J to split tracks by work area.
This sets the selected tracks to match the current work area. This may result in overwriting other track segments if any are inside the range. Any other unselected track sections out of range are not affected.
This resets the selected tracks to their default state, which is a single track that automatically matches the full duration of the Timeflow. This also resets the object's time offset to 0 and locks the track from further changes.
This is a toggle switch to switch track modes between being dragged independently or linked with the object's Time Offset. If enabled, the menu shows a checkmark and dragging the track affects the object's time offset. Note that this settings is per object and affects all track sections. Please see the documentation on Drag Time Offset for more information.
