The Timeflow menu options can be accessed in 3 ways:
Select from the main menu: Tools > Timeflow
Use the shortcut Shift + T to show the Quick Menu
Right click a game object or select from the main menu: Game Object > Timeflow
In v1.8.0 or later, select Enable Timeflow Pro to place the Timeflow menu in the main menu bar and enable icons.

Close Player Settings First
When switching Timeflow Pro mode, please make sure to close the Player Settings window otherwise it may prevent the Scripting Define Symbols from being modified.
Open Timeflow Window
Opens the Timeflow view if it is not already open. Only 1 instance of the window may be open at a time. This is the same as selecting from the main menu: Window / Sequencing / Timeflow.

Opens the Timeflow documentation in a web browser.
Documentation can be opened to specific items by clicking on the book icon in the Inspector view for components and where displayed.
Getting Started...
Opens the readme PDF included with Timeflow with helpful tips and links to resources.
